Since 2014, we have been working with various business schools around the world. We offer students and young professionals different ways to participate at our events. 

Student Passes

For every conference we have allocated a limited number of discounted Student Passes. A Student Pass provides full access to the conference and opportunity to learn about ESG and Impact Investing and network with its industry professionals.

Join our volunteer team

There are various positions available at each event. In exchange for accepting one of the volunteer positions outlined below, you will receive full, free admission to the conference.

What roles do we offer?

Registrations Officer

Positions: 3

You will assist at the registrations desk which is the point of contact for our attendees. You will play a key role in the conference experience of our attendees.

Tasks

  • Welcome attendees upon arrival
  • Manage attendee list (tracking no-shows)
  • Hand out badges and program booklet
  • Answer questions from attendees

Floor Management Supporter

Positions: 4

Floor Management Supporters will help us with selected tasks during the event.

Tasks

  • Welcome attendees upon arrival
  • Assist attendees with way-finding and answer questions
  • Check room set-up (Audio Visual (AV), water for speakers)
  • Check slides and presentation's set-up in workshop rooms
  • Assist and advice moderators and speakers about AV set-up in workshop rooms
  • Check booths and display table for materials
  • Ring bell to announce next round of sessions
  • Hands-on support on other practical matters

Conference Blogger

Positions: 8

You will write a report about two sessions in a first-person's view blog format. This could be a review of both sessions, including your personal experience, lesson's learned and tips. The blog post could also be an interview with speakers from the panels. The blog posts will be published on our own website and sent to various Network and Media Partners. We also ask you to share tweets during these sessions.

Tasks

  • Attend the sessions assigned to you
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with the workshop speakers (optional)
  • Write the blog post using TBLI CONFERENCE’s tips
  • Request interviewee’s approval of the blog post if applicable
  • Submit the blog post before the agreed deadline
  • Share tweets about the sessions you are attending
